Return Policy

We accept returns of non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund minus shipping costs.  The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Returns of personalized items are not accepted unless the error was on our end.  If your item arrives and it is not correct or it is damaged, please reach out to us at magicallymadenc@gmail.com.  Please send pictures of the item and packaging (if the item was damaged so that we may start a claim against our shipping company).  We work hard to ensure your order is correct and properly packaged, but sometimes things occur and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
